What these terms cover

These terms apply to every order you place through berrydealz.com.

Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. The struck through price is the recommended retail price; the price you pay sits next to it in navy.

We may adjust prices, but an order is always charged at the price shown in your cart at the moment you ordered.

The 1+1 offer

While the offer runs, the cheapest product of every pair in your cart is free. With four products those are the two cheapest; with an odd number you pay the normal price for the remaining product.

The discount is applied in your cart automatically. You do not need a code. The offer runs until the date shown in the shop.

Ordering and payment

Your order is final once payment is complete. You then receive a confirmation by email.

You pay with iDEAL, Mastercard, VISA, Apple Pay or Bancontact.

Delivery

We ship with DHL, always with track & trace. You will find the delivery time in our shipping policy on the contact page. Free shipping from 250 euros, below that 9.95 euros.

If delivery does not work out within the stated term, we let you know and you can cancel the order at no cost.

Withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days to change your mind. How that works is explained on the Right of withdrawal page.

If something is wrong

If something is not right with your order, let us know within a reasonable term at info@berrydealz.com. We reply within 24 hours on working days and will find a solution together.

Dutch law applies to these terms.
