Your cooling off period

From the moment you receive your order you have 14 days to decide whether to keep it. You do not need to give a reason.

Step 1: register your return

Within those 14 days, email info@berrydealz.com with your order number and which items you are returning. We send you a confirmation with the return address.

We reply within 24 hours on working days.

Step 2: pack it properly

Send the items back unused, with all labels still attached and in the packaging you received them in. The box, dustbag and any other accessories go with it.

If an item is clearly used or damaged, we may withhold part of the amount.

Step 3: send within 14 days

Send the parcel back within 14 days of registering. Keep your proof of postage until you have received the refund.

Return shipping is at your own cost, unless we agreed otherwise beforehand or the item was faulty.

Step 4: your refund

Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the amount within a few working days to the account you paid with.

If you return a whole order, you also get back the shipping costs you paid when ordering.

With the 1+1 offer

If you bought two items where one was free and you return one of them, the discount on that pair no longer applies. You get back what you paid for the pair minus the normal price of the item you keep.

If you return both items, you get the full amount back.
