Your cooling off period

From the moment you receive your order you have 14 days to decide whether to keep it. You do not need to give a reason.

How to register a return

Register your return within those 14 days through the returns portal, with your order number. You will then receive instructions for sending it back.

Send the parcel back within 14 days of registering.

In what condition

You may try products on the way you would in a shop. Send them back unused, with the labels attached and in the packaging you received them in, including the box, dustbag or other accessories that came with them.

If a product is clearly used or damaged, we may withhold part of the amount.

Refund

Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the amount within a few working days to the account you paid with.

If you return a whole order, you also get back the shipping costs you paid when ordering.

With the 1+1 offer

If you bought two products where one was free and you return one of them, the discount on that pair no longer applies. You get back what you paid for the pair minus the normal price of the product you keep.

If you return both products, you get the full amount back.
