Privacy policy

What we collect

When you order: your name, email address, delivery address and payment details. The payment details never reach us; our payment provider handles those directly.

For the newsletter: only your email address.

Through the contact form: your name, email address, your order number if you add one, and the message you write.

What we use it for

To process and deliver your order, to answer your question, and to send you the newsletter if you signed up for it.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for third party advertising.

Cookies and your cart

The shop places no advertising or tracking cookies.

Your cart is stored in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. That data stays on your device and is not sent to us until you check out. You can clear it by clearing site data in your browser.

Who we share it with

Only with parties needed to complete your order: the payment provider for the payment, DHL for delivery, and our hosting partners who run the shop and the webshop environment.

Those parties may only use your data for the task we give them.

How long we keep it

We keep order data for as long as tax law requires. Contact form messages are kept for as long as we need them to help you. Your newsletter email address is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may ask which data we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Send a message to info@berrydealz.com.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
